Dutch Academy offers a wide range of courses.

Whether you’re a beginner starting with the basics, an advanced student wanting to perfect your skills, or if you're looking to practice your reading, writing, and speaking for an exam: you can find it here.

Beginner (A1)

In the beginner courses you will build the foundations for speaking, listening, reading and writing in Dutch.

After completing the beginner courses, you will be at level A1 of the CEFR, which means you can have conversations in basic everyday situations.

Advanced (B1)

In the advanced courses you will refine your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in various challenging situations.

At the end of the advanced courses, you will be at level B1 of the CEFR and be able to quickly construct diverse sentences.

Private lessons

Do you prefer one-on-one instruction?

Private lessons are tailored to your specific goals and are available for all levels.

Learn more

Intermediate (A2)

In the intermediate courses you will expand your knowledge and skills by learning more complex sentences and situations and applying this in practice.

At the end of the intermediate courses, you will have reached level A2 of the CEFR. This means that you will be able to apply the learned grammar from level A1 and A2 in speech.
